Newborn screen information

• Contact GDSP.
  
• You will be assigned a provider number.
  
• Call the newborn screen office to order the supplies; they send them out quickly.
  
• The test cards are $1 each.
  
• The test costs around $101 to run and you can charge the client a $6 blood draw fee to cover cost.
